When you have it, you have it, Amodeo says. What? You don’t know what an ‘avenate’ is? According to our Real Academia dictionary (like your Oxford dictionary, but you know, for Spanish)) an ‘avenate’ is a fit of madness. Like going cuckoo bananas, but in a good way, you know? And he claims that our best life memories come from ‘avenates’. Because an ‘avenate’ can make you text your ex on impulse, or throw the best party ever after what you promised yourself would be you last tequila shot. And this is, in a nutshell, what Amadeo’s show is all about: improv, real memories (or not) and pure irony.
